Service Description
This is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the craniosacral system (membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spine). It supports immunity by stimulating lymph flow, relieving various types of pain and dysfunction, such as headaches and neck pain, restoring cranial mobility, and improving range of motion.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: Online Yoga Classes: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds but can be rescheduled if made at least 24 hours in advance. Weekend Workshops: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds but can be rescheduled if made at least 72 hours in advance. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Online Yoga Classes: Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Weekend Workshops: Reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. 3. No-Show Policy: No-shows are considered cancellations and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Instructor Cancellations: If a class or workshop is canceled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 5. Technical Issues: Ensure a stable internet connection. Personal technical issues are not eligible for rescheduling. Sessions disrupted due to issues on our end will be rescheduled.
